Nick was very accomodating of my busy work schedule and was able to work with me to find a new car via email. I goofed and had my oil changed at one of those cookie cutter service places and they installed the wrong filter!&nbsp; He explained what was wrong with my vehicle. Your technicans&nbsp;replaced it with genuine Hyundai oil filter and got me out and moving in a very reasonable time. I am so very pleased with this experience and have learned an invaluable lesson!&nbsp;No wonder I have been coming back to Dennis Autopoint again and again since I purchased my first Hyundai back in 2003! </p><P>I just dropped in to inquire about a terrible noise from the engine area. The service advisor, Bob Speicher, got in the car with me to take a short ride to see what the problem was. Right away he said it was the power steering line. He got a mechanic to look at it right away and within 2 hours the repairs had been make. All was under warranty. All in all, they gave me an oil change, washed my car, and fixed the steering recall in a very quick amount of time and they were all extremely nice and curtious. I was thoroughly impressed. I am usually one to take my car to Valvoline for a quick oil change, but with the impressive service I received this visit I am much more inclined to go back to the dealership for future oil changes and maintenance needs. <o:p></o:p></SPAN>

</p><P>I had an excellent experience from start to finish.&nbsp; At no time was I rushed or pressured.&nbsp; My father and I drove many cars and never once did Bob Dean get impatient.&nbsp; He was able to match a price offered at another dealership and really met us halfway and treated us fairly. I am completely comfortable/satisfied with the decision that I made- I love my 2010 Hyundai Accent.&nbsp; It has everything that I was looking for in a car.&nbsp; I will be a forever customer of Dennis Hyundai and Bob Dean.&nbsp; I won't be in the market anytime soon but I will definitely tell anyone that will listen how awesome my experience was.&nbsp; Dennis Hyundai cares about it's customers and they broke the mold when they hired Bob Dean as their associate.
