I must tell you, I think I am likely your biggest fan!! I purchased my first Hyundai about 5 years ago and now I’m only second one and LOVE them!! I have no complaints about my car, the Hyundai dealership I go to do with your organization! I hope to be a Hyundai driver for life!! :o)

The parts that needed changed were no longer covered under warranty. However the service tech talked with his manager and because I had the same problem with about a year he was able to get the work done as a good will gesture. I truly appreciate this as I did not really have the money to get the repairs done without placing a burden on myself. I am planning ob buying a SUV within the next year/ and will most likely be purchasing a Hyundai.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a gentleman opening my car door. That had never  happened at previous visits.  Everyone greeted me and I did not have to wait long to have the oil change and multi-point inspection.  Over all it was great.

I submitted an online credit application. Within minutes I had a response from Nick Eckhoff. Nick was very accomodating of my busy work schedule and was able to work with me to find a new car via email. Once we arrived at a decision I was able to go into the dealership and the service provided was far above my expectations! Nick was very accomodating of the wait time I had and kindly offered me Pizza and water while I waited! I highly recommend Dennis Hyundai Dublin and associates like Nick who are honest and persistent in pursuing a customer's wishes!

Nick was very helpful when I arrived at Dennis Hyundai of Dublin! Andy talked to my mom and I while Nick finished with a customer. Nick explained all of the features of the Elantra and spoke honestly about it. He helped me set up my bluetooth and responded to my text messages after business hours. He took great care of me and let me know that he is there to help throughout the 3 year lease. He went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Anyone would be lucky to have him as their sales expert.

When I called in for a quote on repairs I spoke with Ronda Neal. I was very impressed with her on the phone and her customer service skills. I called several other places for quotes as well and did not have near the range of service Ronda provided whichled me to call her back and schedule repairs at Dennis Hyundai a week later. She still remembered me and our prior conversation! Ronda was very attentive to my concerns and questions during our multiple phones conversations as I was spending close to 2K on repairs and service, In my field (insurance) customer service is everything and I feel Ronda is definitely an asset to your service dept.

Ronda (Service Advisor) was exceptional. She was courteous, responsive and knowledgeable.The service work (warranty and maintenance) was performed correctly and was completed one day earlier than expected.

Your staff is always courteous, helpful, with a dash of humor. They listen to your concerns without interruptions and repeat these back to confirm what you have informed them.

Outstanding service. Ronda Neal was exceptional in knowledge and service. My only complaint is the cost of service. An oil change should never exceed $20. The cost of the regulator for the window was closed but the window, even though Ronda was able to find me an aftermarket one that was supposed to be less in cost than the Hyundai one, was over $100 more than certified replacement windows on the internet.

I had a very good experience buying my new car. Everyone was very patient with me and helpful in giving me honest information I need to make my decision. I definitely ended up with the right car for me.

Your Service Advisor Casey Root was great on my most recent service. I goofed and had my oil changed at one of those cookie cutter service places and they installed the wrong filter!  He explained what was wrong with my vehicle. Your technicans replaced it with genuine Hyundai oil filter and got me out and moving in a very reasonable time. I am so very pleased with this experience and have learned an invaluable lesson! No wonder I have been coming back to Dennis Autopoint again and again since I purchased my first Hyundai back in 2003! I'm a very satisfied customer!!!

I was in for the first oil change on my new Sonata. I was greeted promptly at my apppointed time and after a brief wait in the pleasant waiting area, my car was finished. The service staff was very professional and courteous. It was the single best oil change experience I've ever had. Even though the location isn't the closest place for me to get service on my car, I'll be sure to bring it back to Dennis in the future.

I purchased a 2010 Accent GS from Nick in early November of last year.  I was very pleased with my experience with Dennis and my car has been great thus far.  I would recommend Dennis Hyundai to friends.

I just dropped in to inquire about a terrible noise from the engine area. The service advisor, Bob Speicher, got in the car with me to take a short ride to see what the problem was. Right away he said it was the power steering line. He got a mechanic to look at it right away and within 2 hours the repairs had been make. All was under warranty. I was again very impressed by Bob and the Dennis dealership (Billingsley Rd.) overall.

Bob was exceptional … service was kind, prompt, and the loaner car was a God send. Thank you for helping a mom with two young kids.

Very satisfied. The Operations manager stopped by and asked me if everything was Ok with the vehicle which was nice.

I felt that I had been overcharged for my service and contacted the service manager. He checked on it for me and got back to me by phone within the hour. Sure enough, I had been overcharged by $230. They credited this amount back to me within 2 days.

This dealership was able to provide exceptional service. I was overdue on my 30K maintenance and needed new brakes. They were able to take care of them and still meet the promised completion time. Many thanks to the Hyundai service team.

I was VERY pleased with the service. My car broke down unexpectedly, and Dam from the showroom was extremely helpful when I arrived at the tow truck. I was VERY pleased with how quickly they were able to inspect my vehicle in the morning, and accommodate me with a rental car very quickly, as I had a situation in which I needed to leave town early on Friday for a funeral in Cleveland. Went in to get my complimentary oil change that I received when I purchased my 2011 Sonata. Was told there was a recall on the steering. They offered to fix it that day and provide me with a complimentary car wash also. The recall was not their fault but they were more than willing to fix it immediately and even offered a small box of candy buckeyes in apologies for the ‘inconvenience’. All in all, they gave me an oil change, washed my car, and fixed the steering recall in a very quick amount of time and they were all extremely nice and curtious. I was thoroughly impressed. I am usually one to take my car to Valvoline for a quick oil change, but with the impressive service I received this visit I am much more inclined to go back to the dealership for future oil changes and maintenance needs.

We love our new Sonata. Dennis Hyundai always does a great job maintaining our vehicles.

I searched the Internet to find the most car for the lowest price. (At my age, Savings and income are very low). I have no interest in a high powered, sporty gas guggling car. After searching the Internet, I found that the 2011 Sonata GLS had no equal that I could find. I leased the 2011 Sonata, March 15, 2010. The style is unique. I am amaized, each time we go out, at the power, fuel economy, and smooth ride. Ruth, my wife, and I like our choice and our dealer nearby, Dennis Hyundai, very pleased.

I recently purchased a Hyundai Elantra from Bob Dean and have never been happier!! It is the car that made the difference, as I have been buy my cars from Bob Dean for the passed twelve years. I had an excellent experience from start to finish.  At no time was I rushed or pressured.  My father and I drove many cars and never once did Bob Dean get impatient.  He was able to match a price offered at another dealership and really met us halfway and treated us fairly.
