Dan took care of me very well. In the past, Bob (I do not recall his last name) took extremely good care of my service needs (he has since moved on to the Morse Road location, Iam pleased the Dan has also been so considerate ...  

I must tell you, I think I am likely your biggest fan!! I purchased my first Hyundai about 5 years ago and now I’m only second one and LOVE them!! I have no complaints about my car, the Hyundai dealership I go to do with your organization! I hope to be a Hyundai driver for life!! :o)

The parts that needed changed were no longer covered under warranty. However the service tech talked with his manager and because I had the same problem with about a year he was able to get the work done as a good will gesture. I truly appreciate this as I did not really have the money to get the repairs done without placing a burden on myself. I am planning ob buying a SUV within the next year/ and will most likely be purchasing a Hyundai.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a gentleman opening my car door. That had never  happened at previous visits.  Everyone greeted me and I did not have to wait long to have the oil change and multi-point inspection.  Over all it was great.

I have had consistent excellent experience with the Dennis dealership. This time I commend a Joey new service manager there. WE own tow Hyundai’s currently after owning tow previously. Tucson and Elantra manual transmission in Elantra which I prefer!

Actually the work was completed faster than promised. I love this car; wish I had bought a Hyundai year earlier. Salesman was a pleasure to work with, an experience which I dreaded before I came in. I do not like to haggle over price, but I am happy to deal with Dennis now.

I love having the computer area available while waiting, I was able to check work emails.

Just keep doing the same great job you have been doing.

Great dealership. Wonderful service staff and very friendly sales personnel. Strangely enough too, I have noticed this waiting area is so friendly that more times than not the other customers strike up a conversation while waiting. It happens almost every time!

The service advisor, Charlie, was very friendly, thorough, and responsive.
